Epilepsy caused a job loss which put their dream of a backyard wedding on hold. Work started in June with 5 truckloads of rubbish being removed and the lawn being levelled. On 28 November, 17 volunteers blitzed their backyard. Between them they painted the house, painted fences, laid concrete, laid new lawn. They created new gardens complete with concrete edging, weedmatting and pebbles. On 31 December with all the work complete, the wedding took place. It was great to share the occasion with friends and family and be part of their dream coming true.
